Disabled Parking Permit

Please bring the following documents for Disabled Person Parking Permit:

Application for Disabled Person Parking Permit
- Signed by Disabled Person or Legal Guardian of Disabled Person
- Minors without DL/ID - Please bring in Birth Certificate

Please Note: Permanent Disabled Person Parking Permits are free and valid for 4 years. A new application is needed for all renewals and replacements due to theft or loss. Temporary Disabled Person Parking Permits are valid for a certain specified time as requested by your doctor, but not to exceed 6 months. There is a $15 fee for Temporary Parking Permits.
