Proof of Florida insurance is required to purchase or renew a license plate in Florida, except in the case of mobile
homes, motorcycles, and trailers. Coverages required are:
personal injury protection (PIP) in the amount of at least $10,000, and protection damage liability (PDL) in the amount of at least $10,000. Commercial trucks are
